I spent more than 30 years in automotive industry and acquired a strong and deep experience in project framing identifying all success conditions, risks and opportunities in order to build the full definition of the product, development schedule, development budget, profitability scenarios, skill plan, ...

This was my job in the last 6 years and by far my favorite one. I passed a IPMA certification which brought me a much wider competence and a strong personal wish to extend my knowledge and energy to various fields.

I like analyzing complex situation with multiple contraints in order to find a solution to problems which seem to have none.

Working with all teams in the company, I provide the project full framing : technical definition, content, performance, budget, risks & opportunities, schedule, organisation, quality assessment ...

With a fresh and skilled eye, I have no problem to provide to the deciders the best solutions including improvement of the organization if it is needed for the project success.

Before these 6 years in project framing, I accumulated many expériences that I use every day :

International environment : I workes 4 years in South Korea working in Samsung Motors company and before I worked 3 years with Nissan making business trips every 3 months in Japan. 

Architecture (was a wonderful work during 20 years) : designing cars taking care of many technical constraints : regulation, safety, performance, customer specific requirements, process constraint and launching in plant until start of sales.

Cost optimization is also a strong skill, a MUST in automotive industry where each € must be challenged in terms of value for the customer and the company.
